The hollow steel offers secure featherweight restriction, aided by 4 adjustable leather cuffs . The fixed cuffs in the middle are secured at the back with a metal plate for extra sturdiness. Each cuff at the end of the bar is attached to a pivoting joint, which allows the cuff to be rotated in practically any direction. The cuffs are secured by a squared ring, to which a padlock may be attached. The pivoting ends give the bar unsurpassed comfort and maneuverability, letting you wear the bar longer, and in many more positions. Measurements: Bar: Extends from 25 to 33 inches in length, 0.75 inches in diameter; Cuffs: Fits wrists or ankles between 7 and 10 inches in circumference. Material: Steel, leather, metal.
